About My Clients
Mental and physical health concerns can cause a myriad of challenges in life. In our work together, you will gain the evidence-based skills necessary to overcome obstacles, find relief from distressing symptoms, and embark on a journey toward greater well-being.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that every person is unique, and their path to healing should reflect this individuality. I hold a profound appreciation for the power of evidence-based treatments and understand that one size does not fit all. I tailor my approach to each client, ensuring that our therapeutic journey aligns with their specific needs, goals, and preferences. I completed my Masters in Counseling at Northwestern University. Followed by a post-graduate clinical fellowship at The Family Institute at Northwestern University, where I received advanced clinical training and supervision in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). During my time at Northwestern, I also served as adjunct teaching faculty in the Masters in Counseling Program, where I worked to develop educational content for Counseling@NU, and taught a graduate course in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
