About My Clients

I love working with individual clients and couples on a wide variety of issues, but I always use an attachment and relational framework. My work with you will be tailored to your specific goals, and will become more custom to you as I begin to learn more about you and your patterns.

How I Can Help You

My hope is for everyone to have an empowered and secure sense of self. This resilience is critical to riding through (and thriving through) the ups and downs that life and the universe inevitably throws us all. The narratives we carry as a result of previous hurtful experiences can often stay with us, and get in the way of creating the life we deserve and desire. I help my clients to heal the wounds they carry internally through processing their past experiences and traumas. I will also help you process, integrate, and move through life as things come up presently that you’d like support for. I take an attachment and trauma-informed approach to this work. My passion is also to help my clients restore connection and repair their most important relationships. I believe all people need love and connection, and that unfortunately we can become stuck in negative cycles. I help my clients to have new healthy interactions and to experience a deeper, more vulnerable, connection.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have a special place in my heart for working with same-sex couples and individual clients who identify as LBGTQ+; especially because I know it may be difficult to find resources they can trust to be supportive and loving to them. While I absolutely have an “all love is love” mentality, I also respect, honor, and do my best to understand, the specific and different experiences that people that identify as LGBTQ+ experience in a heteronormative world.. Unfortunately, given the continued prejudice, fear, discrimination, and hate that is still existent in our culture, there are different traumas and experiences that will impact LGBTQ+ clients that I do my best to be aware of and help my clients to understand and heal from. I can specifically help you to: Process internalized homophobia; process trauma specific to being closeted, coming out and everything in between; set boundaries & heal relationships; navigate relationship dynamics in a heteronormative world.
