About My Clients
I work with individuals who are trying to navigate life stressors and live a more fulfilling life. You may have difficulty overcoming difficult emotions such as anxiety, depression, or stress that are negatively impacting different aspects of your life and your relationships. If you are looking for a more fulfilling relationship with yourself and with others, then we can work together to develop and reach your goals.
My Background and Approach
In my own therapy journey, I was able to explore and discover the tools that worked for me, which is what I empower my clients to do as well. I foster inclusivity and take an integrative approach to therapy in order to tailor the therapy process to best suit you (whether it be through CBT, play therapy, mindfulness, and more). For the past year, my practice has been focused on helping women and families transform emotional pain into healing and growth. I will help you to uncover and better understand difficult emotions that you experience, whether they are rooted in depression, anxiety, trauma, or strained relationships. I believe that resiliency flows through each and every one of us even in our darkest moments. I foster inclusivity and take an integrative approach to therapy in order to tailor the therapy process to best suit you (whether it be through CBT, play therapy, mindfulness, and more).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in fostering an inclusive environment and safe space for anyone that walks through my door. I participate in women's marches and community events that support minority groups and the LGBTQ+ community.
