About My Clients

My Background and Approach
The techniques and skills that I’ll provide you are tools that I’ve not only learned in my training but that I’ve used for myself and noted effective. Of course not everything fits everyone so I’m dedicated to figuring out what works for you specifically. I’ve enjoyed working over the years with clients who have had tremendous loss in their lives, huge traumas that have impacted their being & crippling depression or anxiety that hinders them from living their lives as freely as possible. I also really enjoy meeting couples and helping them navigate their relationships through cultivating healthy communication patterns and learning how to speak each other’s language. My clients learn tools to help them feel better and navigate life trials easier. I value the collaborative process and really look forward to collaborating with you on your journey to wholeness!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My practice is called “Just Speak Freely” and it’s so much more than just a name. My most deeply held belief is that everyone has been given a voice and that voice is extremely powerful. I know what it’s like not to feel like it’s worth something... and I also know what it’s like to step into my power and to use my voice. But one can’t step into their power if it’s not safe to do so. Hence why I’m here. I want to make it safe for you and teach you how to promote safety around you with different tools so that you always remember two things: your worth and your voice.
