I use a holistic, empathetic, and insight-oriented approach. Understanding the many aspects of your life, including your mental health, physical
health, relationships, job satisfaction, and childhood experiences, as well as how they interact, is important to me. Tools that I
use in session include active listening, problem-solving, interpersonal skills building, and stress
management. Modalities I draw from include motivational interviewing, person-centered
therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I will often use multiple
tools and technique to find the best match for each client.
