About My Clients

If you need help with healing from past hurts, resolving childhood trauma, building your self-esteem or setting boundaries, I am here to walk alongside you on that journey so that you can live an authentic and fulfilling life.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate who under the supervision of Christina Runnels, MA, LPC-S, LCDC. Our first session will always be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and figure out if it's a good fit. We will also discuss your goals from your perspective as well as what I may see based on the conversation. I will emphasize that this journey is about you and you have the opportunity to create the path you want to walk. My role is to help you better understand where you're coming from in order to make better choices for where you want to go. I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, and personal growth by pulling from a varied level of therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
