About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I have acquired experience and training to help individuals learn how to gain control of their thoughts, communicate effectively and confidently, maintain relationships, adjust to stressful events, set boundaries, resolve core conflicts, and discover new skills to cope and better respond to past traumas. I help adults learn to make their needs a priority.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all have the capability to become the best version of ourselves; however, our experiences have created barriers to successfully accomplishing this goal. I was raised in an environment where we were seen and not heard and vulnerability was preyed upon. Support was minimal to none existing. I was fortunate enough to have a relative who became my safe space to support my journey to become the best version of myself. I have worked for years, learning to share space with others helping them grow and embark upon the same journey. The world is changing and struggles and trials are impacting everyone in varying ways. I have personally had therapy experience on the other side of the chair as a client and learned to manage grief, anxiety, depression, and family stressors. I have become resilient and believe I can help my clients become resilient as well.
