Finding you here, means you are looking for answers, for purpose, for meaning. You feel sadness, you feel rage, you feel fear, and sometimes you feel NOTHING, you feel emptiness, you feel a void. You're disconnected from everything that brings you life, that brings you joy, the people you love, but most of all you are disconnected from your SELF. Whether you are in the throes of anxiety or depression, a traumatic experience, working to repair your relationships or coping with PMDD, we can help.
My Background and Approach
No one person’s story is the same as the next and no one path leads to all healing and order. Here you will find a variety of options to move forward with therapy and finding the support you need. We offer holistic psychotherapy, coaching, brainspotting, couples therapy, energy work, and support groups. These approaches are designed for individuals who may feel lost or confused, unsure about what their future holds or who may have a strong desire to come back to Self, to reach within, quiet the mind, tend to the body, nourish the soul or see their inner strength blossom. Those who desire to let go of the expectations that no longer serve them, liberate themselves from the negative cycles of self-doubt and find strength and comfort in their truth.

Here at The Path Wellness Center our mission is to provide our clients with a collective space that prides itself on having a consistent value system and ideal model that is mutually shared among all of our practitioners. This vision stems from our wholehearted belief in the value and purpose of improving wellness at both an individual and cultural/societal level with a strong emphasis and focus on transforming mind, body, spirit and relationships together. Our center consists of inclusive, safe, nurturing and highly trained professionals who are specifically attuned to our clients needs. We seek to help our clients to deepen their relationship with Self, become more aware of their daily experiences, past moments, old wounds, and narratives that live in the makings of their minds. Our mission is to help our clients get in touch with their inner knowing so that they are able to gain a deeper understanding of their most true and authentic self.
