My Background and Approach
As a clinician, I hope to build an organic and real relationship with you that allows you to feel safe, understood and supported. A place that it is okay to not be okay. We will collaborate together on how to advocate for what you need, the boundaries you need to build, identify personalized tools that help you grow, and establish healthy coping strategies or behaviors that improve both your relationships and how you feel about yourself. I specialize in childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, impulse control, suicidal ideations and strengthening self-esteem.
