About My Clients
Clients I work with are seeking to stand in their convictions, develop their voice and overcome feelings of shame and doubt. Many of my clients have these very traits within but may have a hard time accessing them due to trauma and relationships issues. Many say they are seeking to move through past pain to engage in relationships that are fulfilling, engaging and based in trust and, to get the life they want.
My Background and Approach
By becoming intimate with your emotional landscape you will feel more confident in your ability to manage relationships as well as life’s inevitable bumps and bruises. This can help you discover obstacles and possibly hidden patterns that are preventing you from getting more joy and fulfillment from life. Over my 10 years of practice I have held a variety of roles including Clinical Counselor, Graduate Student Supervisor, Family Consultant and Adjunct Professor in various settings such as Higher Education, Inpatient Psychiatry, Community Mental Health and Private Practice.
