My Background and Approach
I am the owner of Align Couples Therapy, a private practice in North Central San Antonio. I am a Certified Gottman Therapist, externship trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator Candidate (methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown). I weave these science based methods together and adjust them to fit to each client unique needs.
