I created the STRONG relationship model to help guide my clients to their best, most fulfilling relationships. So often relationships are described a s"hard work" and what I have found is that it is only hard when you do not have a road map. My job is to help clients create their personalized road maps for their most empowered and satisfying relationships. My approach starts with emotional connection, intimacy, and communication to help couples connect on a deep level.

Sexual problems in a relationship can cover a wide spectrum of needs. Sometimes it is a desire discrepancy, other times it speaks to a physical or psychological trauma that has been experienced. I come from an approach of sexual empowerment and sex-positivity as I help my clients come to a better understanding of their own sexual and intimate needs and boundaries in a relationship. Helping clients recover from an affair or other sexual betrayal is a particular specialty of mine as well.
Military service can be a very positive step in a personal journey. However, it can also expose a person to a large amount of mental and physical strain and trauma. Often re-transitioning into civilian life and relationships can be difficult. I have a particular passion for helping men and women who have served heal from their unseen war wounds and learn to be able to have healthy and strong relationships filled with love and intimacy.
Emotionally focused therapy is a way to help couples get below the surface issues of repeating conflict and instead focus on deepening their bond and intimate connection.
The Gottman Method is a four part assessment process that begins with a history of the relationship, moves to the individuals personal history, and then comes back together for a joint session to focus on the best path forward. The Gottman method is the most highly researched couples' therapy method and has an incredible success rate when followed.
