My aim is to support you in finding your way to answers, discovering what makes sense to you, and finding self confidence in your strengths and abilities. I will be your support and advocate through the ups and downs of working through difficult times, trying new skills and finding those meaningful discoveries. I have experience with many treatment models, and I work with you to tailor sessions that best meet your needs and goals. My specialty is in trauma. Other areas I can help are anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship difficulties and life transitions.
