About My Clients
I specialize in working with entrepreneurs and healing professionals (yoga teachers, therapists, massage therapists, etc.) to deepen care of yourself while simultaneously supporting others. If you’ve been thinking, “I want to trust myself. I want to trust my intuition and inner knowing. I want to love myself wholeheartedly - on the days I feel powerful and the days I feel small. My Background and Approach
Our sessions together emphasize mindfulness, spirituality, and listening to your inner wisdom in times of challenge to "find your center" within. I incorporate a feminist and compassion-focused therapy lens to help you approach challenges as your own best friend. I bring resources, ideas, and perspectives that help remind you what you have known all along: That there is a grounded, sacred place of wisdom and wildness within you. That you can move through and navigate any challenge from this centered place.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about womxn’s rights, equality, and social justice. I believe in the importance of incorporating spirituality into the counseling process to integrate mental, physical, and emotional wellness. As womxn, we are often taught to be quiet, keep the peace, and stay small. We are trained to forget our wild. We forget the authentic, wise knowing that has been our birthright all along. I believe that what makes us messy is sacred. Our magic and wisdom arises when we integrate and love on the parts of ourselves we hide from. You deserve to be seen. You deserve to have a safe space to show up authentically. A space that is all about you, in a world that has taught you to be supportive to everyone else.
