I fully believe in your ability to help yourself. You already possess many of the skills needed to help yourself feel better. You know yourself best. But right now, you're needing some extra help. And that's okay. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor of over 10 years, I have honed my skills to help millennial women feeling depressed, anxious and insecure. Whether you're a new mom trying to make it all work or a soon-to-be college graduate trying to figure it all out, I am here to help. My therapy practice is rooted in holistic principles stemming from yoga-therapy, movement - based therapies, and trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). Many of the women I work with struggle to process traumas from their past: with an approach like EMDR, I can help you move through the emotional baggage that has held you down for so long.

We are all human; affected not only by biology, but by our environment, childhood upbringing and life experiences. In fact, it is our life experiences that shape us the most. I believe in our ability to help ourselves and that we are more resilient than we realize. Despite what pharmaceutical companies will tell you, we are not simply sick science experiments who need to be medicated 24/7. We are a dynamic species that deserves a healthcare system that recognizes ALL aspects of our being: emotional, spiritual and physical. We are all worthy of quality healthcare, specifically the LGBTQIA+ community and women in need of abortion/post-abortion support, that addresses root causes and empowers us as a whole.
