About My Clients
I work with adolescents and young adults who are managing difficult transitions and struggling with anxiety or depression. I also have particular training and experience working with neurodiverse and twice exceptional kids. As a therapist, I will be your ally and advocate, supporting you along the way, as you evaluate and establish your values and skills, and move into a more authentic and happy life.
My Background and Approach
In therapy we will work collaboratively, focusing on your personal needs and concerns. We look closely at the aspects of your life and your history that may be leading to negative beliefs, anxiety and other symptoms that cause suffering. We focus on your unique strengths - those things that will serve you in your future and which are your own true gifts.
