Our experiences demand a witness to what we have gone through. I am committed to creating a warm, safe, trusting, caring, and non-judgmental space. This will allow you to be heard but also to challenge you to think or act differently. The systemic and biopsychosocial approach that I utilize will help you to better understand the impact your emotions have on your body and how your thoughts and feelings shape your relationships.
My Background and Approach
Our lives are more fulfilling with happy and healthy relationships with ourselves and others. My goals are to listen and learn, to facilitate growth and change, and provide skills for coping. I work with teens, individual adults, couples, and families with various presenting concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, relationship conflict, and changes throughout the lifespan.
