My Personal Beliefs and Interests

You have the ability to not only survive, but heal and transform from the legacy of trauma. Krystal holds and embodies the belief that you are here right now because your body formed miraculous ways of surviving. However, what helped you before might not be as helpful right now. It is possible to recover, expand your ways of coping, put the past behind you, and come home to your body - your self. As a first-generation Asian-American, she also understands shared experience of alienation, family pressure, secrecy, shame, mental illness and trauma, and violence. Healing is possible - this journey is unique to you. If you are ready to address and work through your past so that you can live more fully live in the present moment, please contact Krystal to get started. You are not alone. I would be honored to join you.
