I am passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community, those who have racial and gender identity concerns, those who have felt the pain of marginalization and systemic violence, and those who experience anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
My undergraduate degree is in acting, and if you are open to it, I am also excited to integrate breathing and movement techniques to help you truly tap into your inner strength and resources.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work from the standpoint that many of the decisions we make and the ways we feel about ourselves are the result of the systems we live under. My goal is to help you identify the way that these systems have affected you, and empower you to decide how to move forward and create a life that matches up with your values while navigating daily challenges and triumphs.
