I have more than a decade experience working with people on the sexual frontier. I specialize in ethical non-monogamy, and kink.

Stress is an unfortunate and unavoidable component of life these days. I can't make the stress go away, but together we can find ways to better cope with it. And we can identify if some of the things that are stressing you out, can be fixed or eliminated. Breathe.....slow down.....relax.....we've got this!
I am a firm believer that people in kink-based relationships often have healthier relationships than "vanilla" people, because so much is based on communication. But even the healthiest of relationships can run into rough patches. My goal is to create a safe space where we can explore what's wrong, and ways to fix it, without you ever feeling condemned for your kink.
Polyamory may mean love without limits...but it certainly doesn't mean love without CHALLENGES. And none of us grew up with templates for anything outside the mono-norm. I often tell clients the great thing about consensual non-monogamy is it really makes us explore our issues and our insecurities. And the rough thing about consensual non-monogamy is it really makes us explore our issues and our insecurities! Together, we can find the path that works best for you.
I believe each of us is like an iceberg. Most of our psyche is hidden. I believe psychotherapy can help each of us see more of ourselves, and help us make more conscious choices.
John Dunne wrote that no man is an island. And while I bristle that women aren't mentioned the quote, I firmly believe it's true about our mental health. We create systems with the people we interact with...their behavior influences ours...which influences theirs. Together, we can make changes in the system, reduce conflict, and increase happiness.
I love working with couples (and polycules)! I strive to create a safe atmosphere where each partner can feel heard and understood. Be forewarned....I give homework! But often that homework is a reminder to see past the conflict, and to remember to have fun.
