I specialize in grief and loss, situational and clinical depression, mood and anxiety disorders, suicidality, self-harm, trauma history, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ issues, ethical non-monogamy, relationship and family systems stressors, substance or alcohol abuse, and co-occurring disorders.
My Background and Approach
I am deeply devoted to the mental, physical, spiritual well-being of those I serve. I utilize a holistic and person-centered approach with clients by identifying the specific individual needs and goals for each person entering into a therapeutic relationship with me. I firmly believe in providing a safe, judgment free environment for clients built on respect and dignity for all persons served. I practice a eclectic approach to therapy that involves a wide array of therapeutic modalities that includes but is not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Trauma Informed, Solution Focused, Experiential, Existential, and is strengths based.
