About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I have a Master's degree in Psychology from CSULA, as well as a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Touro University. My clinical training was completed with a non profit agency as a school counselor, although I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I have a particular passion for couple's therapy and helping clients with complex trauma. In my practice I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet the needs of each unique individual. Some of these include Somatic Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness approaches. I am also a Certified Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapist. I provide an empathetic, supportive, safe space for clients to explore their inner world, while helping them recognize their strengths and develop new coping strategies for the future.
