My approach with assisting you in your search for meaning is using an approach to help you change your perspective in life. I introduce techniques to help you figure out where you may have gone awry and we work together to get you back on track. Getting back on track may be using techniques to motivate you to stop drinking or assisting you with finding your life potential or both. Whatever you seek to work on my motivation techniques are proven methods that work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that you can reach your full potential and create a renewed and empowered life that provides the quality of life you want which may include finding ways to accept and let go of past hurts, motivate you to stop drinking so much, or finding a purpose in your life. While I was going to college, I often wondered what were the next steps with my life. I had experiences that changed my life trajectory. Those experiences "threw me off course" in that I knew what I wished to happen, but everything in my life was pointing in another direction. I was lost and was being to feel that I lost my way. Did you ever feel like that? I felt like I was existing in life but not living. I think you may understand that feeling. I got back on track by finding someone who understood what I was going through and helping me go back in time to explore the past, which catapulted me to the present so I can enjoy my future. It was worth the journey and I think you will feel the same way.
