Depression is anger toward inward and can range from low-level distress to paralyzing. I have help[ed people come to terms with their anger for over 40 years.

Lack of self-esteem can create anxiety that ranges from distressing to panic. It is often created by early experiences of abuse or other trauma. I was trained psychoanalytically to address these issues and have done so for over 40 years.

Personality disorders are conditions that are broad-based and hard to understand by many clients. They have felt like they don't fit in for as long as they can remember and usually have little hope that that will change. Over long term therapy change does occur.
