If you are seeking to incorporate your spiritual beliefs (or lack thereof) into therapy, I am open to all belief systems and will focus on healthy spirituality and balance in your life. I am also open to those that experience anomalous phenomena (precognition, intuition, paranormal occurrences, etc.), and those with psychedelic experiences they would like to integrate.

My clients often struggle maintaining or setting boundaries with overbearing parents. My goal is to help you set boundaries, be yourself, and build a more fulfilling relationship with your family. Sometimes years of family enmeshment, addiction, or neglect feels insurmountable. I offer hope of a better future with your family.

I love helping people with ADHD find ways to live a life tailored to their brain. ADHD impacts relationships, emotions, career - it's not just about focus or being hyper. I prefer a strengths-based approach when it comes to ADHD. We can recognize the challenges it might cause, while embracing the unique way your brain works.
