Hi, I’m Lauren and I am passionate about helping women, young adults, and teens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, childhood wounds, or postpartum adjustment. I have training in various approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy, and will personalize your treatment in a way that is most effective for you.
