Counseling Associates of Utah is a person centered coalition of licensed and specialized therapists. We specialize in providing the best client-counselor fit and always strive to provide therapy at its best. Our counselors are person centered and are licensed as psychotherapists, social workers, family therapists, and/or clinical mental health counselors.
My Background and Approach
I have committed my life’s work to help people overcome the challenges they face and experience joy and fulfillment in their lives and relationships. In my practice, I have worked in many different locations, serving diverse individuals with a broad range of needs. My empathic and solution-oriented approach helps support individuals as they discover their solutions and make the changes they desire. I have worked with adults and adolescents addressing a broad range of challenges including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
