About My Clients
You maybe wanting more for your life, but you don’t know how to create the change and you don’t know where to start. You maybe feeling stuck and unable to make important decisions for yourself because you are bogged down by overwhelming feelings, the difficulties in your relationships and the demands to “keep up” in life. I am here to help you unpack some of the pain and worry so that you can live a more meaningful and connected life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Over the past 10 years, from the support of my therapist, I have experienced healing through the process of sharing my story and allowing myself to be seen. That is why I do this work- I SO believe in therapy and the healing that can come from sharing your story with another and doing the heroic work of looking inward in order to create lasting change. I believe that you can move from feelings of overwhelm and worry to a place of calm and safety. You can move from feeling stuck to finding freedom. From feeling alone to connectedness.
