My focus when working with a new client is to build a rapport of trust and understanding. Therapy can be hard work, and I want you to know that I am your partner in that work. I am solution focused and want to help you create meaningful goals that we can work toward together. Together we will examine your thought processes and how those messages are informing your decisions. We will discuss how to replace unhealthy or unhelpful thoughts so that you can feel hopeful about the future.
