About My Clients
We all need a safe place where we can "just be”. A place to rest. Stress, anxiety, burn out, trauma can often block us from truly experiencing that place. Life can be busy and overwhelming. Trying to balance all life responsibilities can be hard. While you are busy taking care of everyone and everything around you, you forget to take care of yourself. You start to feel exhausted and burdened. You want to slow down. You want more in life. Something has to change -- you just don't know how.
My Background and Approach
If you are seeking to be understood and validated as who you really are, I'm your person. Therapy with me is a safe place-- It's a place where you can be authentically you. I provide my clients with a non-judgmental space where we can explore, process to find balance and rest. I like to integrative and holistic in modalities, so you will also get concrete help along with our talk therapy ( I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and mindfulness practitioner). I got many healing tools under my belt and I cannot wait to share them with you.

I believe diversity and inclusivity should be valued and celebrated. My therapy style is culturally sensitive and I strive to provide a safe place for all regardless race, cultural/ethnic background, sexual/gender identity, ability, immigration status, or religion/spirituality.
