About My Clients
I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults presenting with trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, self- harm and sexual assault. I also have experience working with family and couples. I am currently also working in a therapeutic day school.
My Background and Approach
Therapeutic Approach: I provide a welcoming non-judgmental environment to explore the many challenges in life. Developing strategic goals to help regain control. Utilizing relaxation techniques, art techniques, Play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and creative activities to help reflect on experiences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly believe in helping others no matter the socioeconomic status, race, religion or gender. I am a very open minded therapist who is truly here to serve the community. I want to provide affordable therapy to those who need it the most and let everyone know that they do not have to travel the journey of mental health alone. Also, to remind others that change is limitless and just like butterflies, we evolve to become the best version of ourselves.
