About My Clients
You're constantly feeling stressed out and overwhelmed. You tend to worry about every little thing. You want to make real changes in your life, but you don’t know where to start. The thing is, you can't change your life until you change what you're doing. Change can be difficult and scary if you don’t have someone to help you navigate the challenges. I'm here to help you navigate, find solutions, and move toward the life you want.
My Background and Approach
As far as I know, there is no way to stop thoughts, feelings, or memories from occurring. There's also no 'delete' button in the brain, so we can't just forget about what we're feeling or thinking. I can teach you strategies that help you accept difficult thoughts and feelings rather than trying to ignore or change them, while still moving toward your goals and living life by your values. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life is full of hard things, but you don’t have to let them control you. My goal is to help you identify your strengths and learn how to use them. We’ll find new ways to approach your struggles, which can lead to better experiences for you. Together we’ll develop and practice ways for you to move forward and make real, meaningful changes in your life. I provide a safe, compassionate environment. My space is non-judgmental, inclusive, anti-racist, and affirming of all identities. I'd love to help you move forward with your life.
