My Background and Approach
I have my doctorate in clinical psychology, licensed mental health counselor, and licensed professional counselor. I'm trained in trauma focused CBT, EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), and certified in PCIT (parent child interaction therapy). I believe the work starts with present before we move into the past to repair old wounds.
