About My Clients

It feels like no matter how hard you try you will never be good enough. Others see you as successful, but you think you are hardly getting by. You wish you felt a broader sense of connection in your relationships, but it feels scary to be authentic with your friends and family. You're tired of ruminating on the past and feeling anxious about the future. You feel stuck and unsure of how to make your life better.

My Background and Approach

You're looking for a holistic approach bringing in mindfulness meditation and other evidence-based alternative therapies. I will teach you how to tap into the profound wisdom you already have to make changes in your life. My approach is holistic and eclectic. My style is collaborative, empowering, and compassionate. We will clarify your values and help you embrace your authentic self. I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, PTSD, co-dependency, narcissistic abuse, and grief. Expect to tap into personalized evidence-based mind-body approaches and EMDR.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone possesses innate wisdom that can help them heal. There are "parts" of ourselves that protect us from fear and discomfort. I think if we can create a safe place to explore all parts of ourselves and our experience, we can discover our unique path toward healing. My personal spiritual belief is that healing our communities starts with healing the internal war, hate, and fear that we experience so we can share more love, connection, and peace.
