I help COUPLES face resistances blocking connections, assist with parenting, & develop ways of interacting promoting togetherness/intimacy. I help TEENS & YOUNG ADULTS cope and conquer developmental, relational, social, & emotional pressures by exploring their inner dialogue/validating their concerns/recognizing their resilience, developing confidence
My Background and Approach
Back in 2001 I had finished my Master's degree in Holistic Psychology and I began by seeing troubled teens and their families. I was hooked. I LOVE people and I love seeing them become, bloom, prosper and then promote others. I've worked in a psychiatric hospital, a drug and alcohol recovery center, in a private practice setting and in a school counseling program. I learned so much. Not only has my training and experience brought me many skills and tools, but also being a mom and a wife has brought me much insight into the everyday and deep realizations of being in pain and of love. I pride myself on deep connections and quality interactions both in my practice and out. I walk the walk. I'm very real. I also like to laugh and find joy in all things. I've built my practice on faith in God, faith in goodness and love, and I hope to meet you and together walk your walk. I'd love to help
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I see people as bright lights. We are all born perfect. Life happens though and our lights can get dim, even dark. Healing happens when we can express our pains, our sufferings, our fears in a supportive environment. These darkened spots lift. We are brighter, more confident in our unique brilliance. Then, We strive and grow.
