I use an integrative approach to unpack the negative self-talk and provide possible alternate narratives to uncover unknown strengths via building new core beliefs and sense of self.
Anxiety is a message from the mind and body. We can work to interpret the message to understand the roots of it (fear, shame, judgment) so we can work through it instead of push it away.
Therapy is not one size fits all. I have a collaborative, strengths-based, and eclectic approach drawing on different modalities best suited to you and your goals. We will explore early attachments, trauma, and the cultural/societal/familial/internal forces shaping your unique view of the world and how you value yourself within that world.
Perfectionism, not feeling like you are enough, codepedency. How do we see ourselves based on early attachments and experiences with our caregivers? We will explore who you are and learn to identify your own needs, building up a sense of your own intrinsic identity independent of external value systems.
