About My Clients
I have extensive experience in treating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I enjoys working with adults, adolescents, couples, families, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I have a background in working in early childhood development centers, high schools, eating disorder and substance abuse treatment centers, and facilitating group therapy.

So, in the spirit of making your search a little easier, let me tell you about myself. I utilize a collaboration of client-centered and psychodynamic therapy to help people explore the different parts of that may be experiencing distress. Together, we will work to bring understanding and insight to the behaviors, thoughts, and feelings that may be causing confusion.
