My Background and Approach
My approach is holistic and integrative, warm and collaborative, direct yet gentle. My practice is trauma informed, client-centered, strength based. My frameworks include: mindfulness, body-oriented somatics, psychodynamics, CBT, ecopsychology, and attachment relational focus. I studied Somatic Counseling Psychology at CIIS in SF, and continued my training in working with youth and adolescents at the Neufeld Institute and UC Berkeley. I studied eco-psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, and completed a 2 year internship in mindfulness-based therapy.
