About My Clients
You've been feeling down, nothing makes you happy. You have lost the joy and are frustrated at life. You have had ups and downs and are overwhelmed. You have been sidetracked by your inner critic, but you are now ready to move on. You are ready to say goodbye to your negative thoughts, and your anxiety. I know you are worth the time. Stop struggling and doubting yourself. I can provide the tools in compassionate-focused therapy to deal with your struggles, pain, anxiety and/or loss.
My Background and Approach
In the last 25 years, I have been helping families and children in their most difficult times, during which I have been able to provide crisis intervention, solution-focused therapy, and compassionate-focused therapy. I will meet you where you are in your journey. You will set the tone and I will help you with the tools to obtain your goals. We all go through grief when losing a relationship, whether it be a months or years. Sometimes losing a job, or living a trauma can lead to feeling unworthy, having anxiety, and/or depression. It is difficult, but with therapy services, we can conquer the fears you may be experiencing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Relationships are tricky as we all have experienced good and bad ones. In our world, social media emphasizes connections to people. In the world, we live in today we see, hear and experience a lot of pain and see a lot of injustice within our environment. As a therapist, I believe that you as a human being can conquer anything and that you are set to succeed. Many times is difficult to speak to family or friends, as you are not ready to feel judged or dismissed. I know that as a therapist, I can provide a space for you.
