About My Clients

I can provide and facilitate a safe space to explore, wonder and navigate this issues together. We will work in a collaborative process were you are the expert in your life.
My Background and Approach
Hola, I value human connection and feel honor to be able to walk into the healing journey along side my clients. Healing is not linear and there isn't a magical formula to follow. It's rather a self-pace path that may be filled with barriers, challenges and turbulence, but in the midst of all that my hope is that you find healing. Open yourself to wonder about your purpose in this world. I hope that life brings opportunities for inner healing and self-reflection. That you find warmth and acceptance throughout your journey. To find strength and courage to explore what brought you to therapy. I use practice from a CBT, Narrative, and Attachment approached allowing a more tailored approach for clients. I have training supporting domestic violence survivors. Extensive training in child development and rearing practices. Supporting children and families bringing awareness to the whole child. Creating space for a trauma informed practice. Highlighting the resilience within each individual.

Life can get difficult, but you don't have to go through it alone. I will continue to bridge tough conversations and acknowledge privilege for more access to Mental Health.
