I believe healthy attachments are fundamental to our wellbeing. As we work together, we will study your relational world as we also use our therapeutic relationship as a sort of lab that provides insight into your attachment patterns.

Working from a psychodynamic perspective, I feel it isn't important to judge emotions so much as it is helpful to notice them and become aware of their meaning. My goal is to help facilitate a deeper understanding of yourself and your internal life, where unconscious material/feelings are welcome and engaged with curiosity.
