Grief is the natural reaction to loss. Grief is both a universal and a personal experience. Individual experiences of grief vary and are influenced by the nature of the loss. Some examples of loss include the death of a loved one, the ending of an important relationship, job loss, or the loss of independence through disability. The five well-known stages of grief, frequently used by people are: Denial, Anger. Bargaining, Depression & Acceptance.

Anxiety can be normal, however, people who suffer from anxiety disorders frequently experience intense, excessive, and pervasive anxiety regarding the events of daily life. To avoid these emotions, you may avoid places or situations. To avoid these emotions, you may avoid places or situations. The signs and symptoms can start in childhood or adolescence and last into adulthood.

An emotional or behavioral response to a stressful event or life change is known as an adjustment disorder. A family move, the divorce or separation of the parents, the death of a pet, or the birth of a sibling are all examples of stressful life events or transitions. An adjustment response may also occur in the event of a sudden illness or chronic illness-related restrictions.
