I have worked throughout the years with many couples and helped them to sort through challenges that they have faced together. We have a NO SECRETS policy so the couple is my client and the goal will always be to ensure that both partners are getting their needs met within their relationship.

In my experience and specialized training I have found that by incorporating healthy lifestyle habits and looking at the overall wellness of the person we can create lasting positive changes that will persist long after the therapy is completed. I am a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider.

How we perceive our situations is so powerful and it can impact how we respond to our situations and circumstances. I use this approach and interventions to help us to make lasting changes in how we face our challenges and obstacles.

I have worked with many women through the years and helped them to identify negative thought patterns and maladaptive coping strategies. I have helped many of them to set healthy boundaries and to identify ways that they can give themselves what they need so then in turn they can provide for their loved ones from a full cup.

Family can be a mixed blessing! It is important to figure out how to be your authentic self while navigating challenging personalities in our family. This can help us to decrease the stress in our lives.

There are many uncontrollable factors that happen in life that can cause us to feel anxiety and we can get "stuck" and fearful. I have worked with many clients to take situations one step at a time and start to recognize little successes so we don't get paralyzed with our anxiety and feed into it.
