About My Clients
Are tired of feeling stuck? My clients want tools to cope with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance abuse or issues of identity. I work best with people who want better relationships and a more hopeful life.
My Background and Approach
After many years of working in the emergency room, I brought my experience into counseling. I have worked with the grief, loss, bereavement, depression, anxiety, and sometimes substance abuse that cause great suffering. My approach is tailored to your needs and is solution-focused. My clients are from all walks of life including the LGBTQ+ community. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under supervision by Linda Autry, LPC-S.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves a chance to heal. No one wants to suffer in silence. Personal empowerment, healthy relationships, overcoming the odds, and mindful mediation are important to me. I believe in sharing these tools with my clients. ( I am a licensed professional counselor associate under the supervision of Linda Autry, LPC-S. Billing is through Chyrsalis Counseling in Katy, Texas. In person sessions are available as well as online for clients who reside anywhere in Texas.)
