About My Clients
I work with people from all walks of life with many different reasons for seeking help. I collaborate with you as you begin to pursue your recovery journey. We explore your life experiences & identify your strengths. A treatment plan is developed to help guide what we expect to see as a result of the healing process. Positive changes are evident when you engage & make decisions to improve your experience of life.
My Background and Approach
I often use a trauma-informed integrative approach. I treat adults who have co-occurring disorders, complex trauma, bereavement, & prolonged grief & loss. I’ve served as a Level II outpatient treatment provider for Juvenile & Family Treatment Courts. I’m specially trained in SFBT, TF-CBT, MI, Complicated Grief Therapy, CAMS framework (suicide treatment), & Domestic Violence Offender Treatment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My therapist role is to take a holistic approach to addressing your emotional, physical, social, & spiritual well-being. I've found that no matter the reason for seeking treatment, it comes down to coping with life transitions. I want to help you experience life transitions with ease & comfort. I believe that by learning about our thinking & making changes, we can experience peace & joy even during the most difficult situations.
