About My Clients
In my private practice, I aim to help professionals and young adults with their personal and professional struggles, navigating life transitions, intersecting identities and family difficulties. I have training through the American Diabetes Association/ APA to treat the socio-emotional impact of managing Diabetes. I also hold a certificate in global health centered around trauma in recovery.
My Background and Approach
My hope is to help individuals improve their quality of life and lead meaningful lives. Some of my specialties include working with first generation college students, young professionals, adjustment to life transitions, diabetes burnout, stress and anxiety, sadness and depression, and trauma . I also complete immigration evaluations.
