About My Clients
I specialize in health at every size, liberation psychology & queer theory framed sex therapy, gender counseling, and mental health counseling for the LGBTQ2SAI+ populations, partners, loved ones, and accomplices. I am kink competent, neuro-inclusive, sex worker friendly, and believe that every person deserves to enjoy a healthy and shame-free life. I am affirming of consensually non-monogamous relationships and other non-traditional family structures.
My Background and Approach
I am an AASECT certified sex therapist trained in EMDR, & I approach therapy through the lenses of systemic Liberation Psychology, Queer Theory, & Feminist Theory. I endeavor to do my best to do anti-oppression work that is trauma aware. A high priority for me is offering a welcoming space where you are supported in being your authentic self. When working together you will find that I practice & hold harm reduction as a therapeutic tool. I am a health at every size practitioner. I am sex positive, kink knowledgeable, affirming of consensual non-monogamy (polyamory, swinging, relationship anarchy, open relationships, etc.), and sex worker friendly. I am neuro-inclusive & see both professional assessment & self assessment as having value. I have a focus on LGBTGEQIAP+ populations and those who love us. In addition to this I also offer an affirming approach with non-religious and/or atheist individuals, as well as those who are part of marginalized religions &/or belief systems.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we are worthy and deserve dignity, safety and belonging. As a provider I work with clients to look at sex therapy through a holistic and multidimensional approach. I want to work to ensure that not only you are seen as an individual but that all of your experiences are informing your present.
