About My Clients
I am glad to help Individuals and Couples who struggle with Infidelity, Poor Communication, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Spiritual/Christian concerns and Anger Issues. My goal is to journey with my clients through tough life situations and help them find hope, transformation, and healing. Our work will be specifically tailored to you. No one responds the same to counseling, so my goal is to discover what works.
My Background and Approach
In our counseling sessions together we will work through identifying and resolving thought patterns that keep you stuck. In addition to cognitive and relationship work, we will work on developing coping mechanisms and resolving past pains that keep you from moving forward.
