Imagine what it feels like to experience true relief. You don't have to constantly worry. I am experienced at providing evidence based, solution focused counseling for teens and adults. Many of my clients struggle with emotional difficulties, relationship and family issues, life transitions and changes, or experienced disturbing life events. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I moved to Sacramento from Los Angeles where I not only came out, but I developed strong passion for working with LGBTQ+ youth, adults, and families. I became an ‘active’ member of the community by working at the LA LGBT Center to provide queer-informative therapy to teens and young adults. Coming out in Los Angeles, I had a community to support me and help me know that I’m okay and can feel safe. I knew that some day I hoped I could create a safe space for LGBTQ+ folk and this background story is what underlies daily operations at True Growth Therapy.
