My Background and Approach
Like you, I've felt my heart "Thump-Thump" with anxiety. I've been stung by painful words & experienced broken relationships. I've lost hours from my day or restless at night worried about a problem. I've learned from life, too, how to understand humans & life better. Working together, you can hurt less & gain new mastery toward better days.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Together we will explore how your journey in life can allow you to be more authentically and more fully at peace with who you are. We will learn from your childhood experiences, your personality, your family, your culture, your beliefs and your current life situation. Together, we will apply the best knowledge about being human as a road map for guiding the journey of your life toward wholeness and peace for you to be authentically and fully human. I am committed to action based approaches that help children and adults accept their life situations while committing to shape their life toward self-directed and socially impactful goals for wholeness and peace. My goal in therapy is to offer wisdom from life, informed by the cultural wisdom and the scientific study of human persons, so that children, teens and adults are empowered to face life’s complexity.
